The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. the location was great for getting around the city using the bus network. i also found many options for food within a couple of blocks. This made dining convenient and enjoyable.
the room was really hot even with the window open.

The room provided two single beds. Each bed included clean bed linens. there were two bedside tables. Each had drawers for storage, a lamp, and power outlets. tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. This added convenience.

the hotel benefits from its location near public transport. a bus stop outside the hotel provides convenient access. victoria station is approximately a ten minute walk away, very accessible for travels around.

the reception staff were super polite and helpful during check-in. they handled my check-in with much patience, even though my local language skills are limited! their service made my arrival much easier.

The bathroom was clean and reasonably spacious. This was a plus. dispensers for soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided in the bathroom. a smaller mirror was available. I appreciated this feature.

the staff was attentive, offering assistance with directions and recommendations throughout my stay. the location proved convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. i found the breakfast to be quite satisfying.
the elevator moved with a slightly slower pace, requiring a touch of patience.

i just had the most wonderful time. the staff was kind and helpful, always going the extra mile. the breakfast was also a real treat, with a great selection. its proximity to the bus station and major attractions made getting around so easy and convenient.
The room felt a bit small. I wish there was more space to move around comfortably. perhaps reorganizing the layout could. i think it would improve the overall experience.
